HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?

Please allow 7 business days to process, make, and ship your order. To avoid waste of resources, everything is made to order. We double, even triple check your orders to make sure you are satisfied. We are a small business with currently one employee, so we appreciate your patience. You will receive three confirmation emails once order is received: 1) Order Confirmation, which lets you know that we have received your order; 2) Processed Confirmation, which lets you know that your order has been finished; and 3) Shipment Confirmation, which lets you know that your order has shipped. Also, once it leaves our hands, any problems that occur during shipping will become the responsibility of the shipping company. We do urge you to please contact us for any questions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I am a small business and we request that you give us a chance to fix any issues with your order. We would like to be able to resolve any mistakes. However, if you do decide to return the product, you have 60 days to do so. We feel that is plenty of time for you to ship it back. You would have received a mailing label with your order. Please allow a few days for your refund to reflect on your card once we receive the product. You will receive two emails for refund: 1) Order Received Confirmation, which lets you know that we got the returned product; and 2) Refund Confirmation, which lets you know that we have processed the refund.
