Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process, make, and ship your order. To avoid waste of resources, everything is made to order. We double, even triple check your orders to make sure you are satisfied. We are a small business with currently one employee, so we appreciate your patience. You will receive three confirmation emails once order is received: 1) Order Confirmation, which lets you know that we have received your order; 2) Processed Confirmation, which lets you know that your order has been finished; and 3) Shipment Confirmation, which lets you know that your order has shipped. Also, once it leaves our hands, any problems that occur during shipping will become the responsibility of the shipping company. We do urge you to please contact us for any questions. Our production hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time and Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM Pacific Time. We do not process orders on Sundays and any orders received after 12 PM on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

  • You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you checkout. Please wait a few days for your order to be finalized. We are a made to order store and we do not keep inventory. You will then receive another email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • The fastest way to contact us regarding your order is via email at woeisnotmeshop@gmail.com. We do not have a customer service representative, but rest assured that we will be notified of your email and you can expect an answer within a day of your inquiry.

  • I am a small business and we request that you give us a chance to fix any issues with your order. We would like to be able to resolve any mistakes. However, if you do decide to return the product, you have 30 days to do so. We feel that is plenty of time for you to ship it back. You would have received a mailing label with your order. Please allow a few days for your refund to reflect on your card once we receive the product. You will receive two emails for refund: 1) Order Received Confirmation, which lets you know that we got the returned product; and 2) Refund Confirmation, which lets you know that we have processed the refund.

  • The best source to find out more about the charities and causes we support would be our social media accounts. For transparency, we will tag any organization that will benefit from part of our profits. Keep in mind that this changes every month. You can also subscribe to our newsletter so you are in the loop. You will be able to see how much of our profits are donated on a monthly basis.
